ARGH!

WELL I dont think the spell FIRE ATTUNEMENT exists in the PvE world anymore. I read several websites, who said it was found in North Kryta Province, at the Ascalon Settlement with Capt. Greywind... HOWEVER, he doesn't teach me this... even when I do his mission..

ANY Elementalists out there actually USE the spell (or the other attunement) and can tell me where to get it???

IM DESPERATE!

I got the earth attunement spell but since i'm a fire ele i want fire attunement one too.
